Fillet your taste buds at one of Sydney’s finest for seafood, which has relocated from its waterfront location to The Star. Being your dining experience with a delicate entree including the glazed pork belly, which was quite juicy but the complimenting prawn stuffed eggplant was bomb.
To enhance your dinner, choose the decadent seafood platter where you will dress your taste buds with an array of flavours and textures from fresh kingfish and tuna sashimi to oysters, fresh clams, spicy spencer gulf prawn, black pepper and the XO West Australian marron – oh so delicious!
Caramelize your palate to finish with desserts including the Valrhona chocolate and Valrhona chocolate; both were jam-packed with flavour but was not heavy sitting in the stomach.
