Sizzle you appetite with a mouth-watering Asian fusion feast housed inside the Harbour Diggers club. Start with the grilled stuffed calamari, a unique dish that had an impressive punch of flavour.

Continue with some classic selections including the peking duck pancakes and san choy bow, which were both executed with care as experienced through its complexity of taste. Along with these entrees, the Alaskan crab and scallop dumpling and market fish sashimi were also great delights.

Dredge into the main dishes such as the rare breed Kurobuta Berkshire “Char Sui” pork cutlet with honey sauce which was really addictive.

Coat a bowl of rice with the silken and egg tofu, spicy pork mince, pork crackling, which brought back some nostalgic childhood memories although this was a tad heavy on salty flavours.
Finally, sweeten the palate with a dessert which is probably not their strong suit but still quite delightful.
